Customer Setup

After your customer has successfully registered for a 3 Clicks Portal account, you have the option to link their account to allow them access to the B2B Online Store.

To link a customer to access your B2B Online Store:

Go to Site Settings > Administration > Customer

  • From the list, click the edit icon to further customize the customer's information

  • In the General tab, enter the customer's company name in the Portal Search to link

  • The customer currency and tax is defined in the Costings tab. Note that the set currency is used to identify that the correct price is applied to the customer when accessing the B2B Online Store.

  • Once satisfied with the settings, click Save
