

Create and Manage Claim Items
Multiple claim items can be added to a claim, providing details of the orders, faults, pricing, quantity and responsibility.
To add a claim item:
Search and open a claim from the claim application or directly open it from the claim history of an order.
In the Items, click the plus icon to create new claim item.
Add claim item details in the pop up; and
Click 'Add' or 'Save and Add' to add more items.
