Create and Manage Claim Items

Multiple claim items can be added to a claim, providing details of the orders, faults, pricing, quantity and responsibility.

To add a claim item:

  • Search and open a claim from the claim application or directly open it from the claim history of an order.

  • In the Items, click the plus icon to create new claim item.

  • Add claim item details in the pop up; and

  • Click 'Add' or 'Save and Add' to add more items.
