Create Claim
A claim can be manual or for an existing order. A manual claim can be added in 3 Clicks if the claim is not directly related to a purchase order or if an external order and style is added.
Claims can be added in two different ways:
From the Home page; or
Directly from the Order application
Add Claim from Home Page
To add a claim from the Home page:
Click on the add button located on the left side and select the Create Claim icon.
Complete details in the pop up, then click Add.
