Enforce Component Compliance
Compliance can be enforced ensuring that orders without a valid compliance cannot be shared with the supplier.
When enforced compliance is enabled on a component level (tier 2 supplier), the purchase order form cannot be generated in the order application unless there is a valid compliance item for the selected customer and component factory combination.
Enforce component compliance is managed in:
Settings > Order > Component Compliance
