Manage Claim (Resolution, Recovered Value & Claim Types)

Once you worked out the status of particular claim, you can record:

Resolution - Claim resolution defines the negotiation status of the claim with the offending supplier. You can select Full Payment, Partial Payment, or Not Recovered.

Recovered Value - The actual recovered value of the claim can be recorded to show a distinction between the claim total value and the recovered value from the supplier.

Claim Type - The selected claim type defines the general claim category. One claim may consist of multiple faults and claim type provides a general description of the claim details.
