How to manage order packaging?
Below is a comprehensive step-by-step guide on how to manage order packaging in 3 Clicks.
Open an order and go to the Packaging tab.
Add a packaging template
To use a template from Admin - click on the plus icon and select a template from the dropdown list.
To create a New Template to use in other orders - click on the icon next to the plus sign to create a new template directly.
Once a template is added, all the packaging details will fill in automatically for that order. However, even with the template, you still have the option to manually edit or add some fields if needed.
The Quantity section contains the data from the order quantity you entered in the Order tab. The number of units per bag for each colourway in the Quantity section depends on the packaging quantity you select in the Packaging Details section.
Solid Size - The units per bag specified in the Packaging Details section will be followed, and the ratios entered for each colourway will be ignored.
Ratio - The units per bag for each colourway in the Quantity section will be based on the ratios entered, and the value specified in the Packaging Details section will be ignored.
