Completed Orders Search !🔔

We're excited to share some new enhancements to improve your experience with our Portal. Here’s what’s new:

Completed Orders

• Suppliers can now search on all order statuses that have been shared with them.

• In Advanced Search, click the status option within the filter list.

Supplier Popup!🔔

We’re excited to announce with the launch of our new Search feature, a newly re-designed supplier popup screen designed to make your search experience faster and more flexible! Simply click the supplier name in any of the new search screens for real-time access to the suppliers specific data.

Here’s what’s new:

New Design - We have modernised the user interface and re-designed it from the ground up.

Applications - Now the supplier popup will only display those applications that are enabled within your business.

Quick Links - Click on a specific Application and only see those Styles / Orders /Costings etc. for that specific supplier.

Supplier Loading - Reflects the internal volume targets you specify for each supplier.

This is just the start and we can't wait to share with you some further updates to the supplier popup in the future.

New Search is designed to make your search experience faster and more flexible! We've re-built search from the ground up to give more access to fields, more bulk actions and a faster way of managing and organising your data.

We have a lot more planned in the coming weeks and can't wait to share those updates with you soon.

Here’s what’s new:

• Group Fields: Easily organize data by grouping fields.

• Filter Fields: Quickly narrow down results with customisable filters.

• Drag Fields: Drag and arrange fields to create a view that works best for you.

• Bulk Select for More Options: Select multiple items at once to streamline actions and save time.

• Recent History : See your recent searches in one click, keeping track of your latest work.

• Add to Favourites: Save frequently used searches to access them faster.

• Export: Download search results for offline access and sharing.

New

Default Folders! 🔔

Default folders can now be created for each application.

Simply go into Site Settings > General and configure a default set of folders. Best of all, you can also create sub folders within those folders.

Each time a new Order, Style, Component, Costing etc is created the folders will be automatically created as well.

API ! 🔔

We're excited to share some new enhancements to improve your experience with our API. Here’s what’s new:

Single Price Updates

• Single price updates are now supported. Now developers can send just the payload of the updated price rather than all of the prices.

• In addition, prices can now be reset to 0 or blank

• A new mode has been added: "One Price" Default

• A new mode has been added: "All Prices" Size is not required and all prices can be updated at once.

• 0.00(API request) => 0.00(DB) = empty(UI) null(API request) => null(DB) = empty(UI)
