Avatar Notifications Fixed

• Sales Orders: When customers successfully place a new Sales Order, their avatar icon will now appear correctly in the Instance Notification.

• Supplier Updates: Avatars are now correctly displayed for notifications related to new styles, orders, claims, compliance, and costing conversations from suppliers.

Order Milestone Report

• The Milestone Orders Report when containing bulk orders, was taking a long time to open.

• We've optimized the performance of this report to ensure it opens much faster now.

• Your favourite reports are now optimized for quicker access.

Support ticket > Add New Note

• We had an issue where users were unable to add a new comment after uploading a file without reloading the page.

• This issue has been resolved. You can now add comments immediately after uploading files without needing to reload.

Shipment > Unassigned Orders

We've completely re-designed this popup for a better user experience making it easier to find Orders.

• The Popup supports:

  • Search by Style Number and Order Number

  • Search for multiple items at once (e.g., STYLEABC STYLEDEF ORDERABC)

  • Copy/Paste Style numbers directly from Excel

• Order Search Filters:

  • Filter by Agent

  • Filter by Factory

  • Filter by Customer

  • Filter by Season

  • Filter by Order Status

Improvement

Shipping > Order Section

• Sort the following field by ascending or descending order:

  • Order

  • Item

  • Description

  • Status

• The Description field is updated to display the Style Description

  • This update is supported for both Bulk Orders and Single Orders

• The Shipping Orders document has been updated to sort by Style Number in ascending order (A-Z).

  • The Buy Price and Buy Value fields now displays for bulk Orders.

• Report View by Single Colour

  • Each Style in a bulk Order will now display its Order Buy Price and Buy Price Value.

• Report View by Multiple Colours

  • A new Buy Price link allows you to view more details in a pop-out window.
