Style - Add SKU Code

New

Style > Codes > Add SKU Codes

We have added the ability to generate a SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) code for Styles. A SKU code uniquely identifies items using the following Style attributes:

  • Style Number

  • Size

  • Colour Code

  • Colour Description

You can manage the display of SKU code data in Site Settings > Style > Settings > SKU.

Furthermore, the SKU code is also accessible via the API under a new series of API endpoints. Checkout your swagger site for more information.

API - Style Agent and Factory

  • We have resolved added the ability to change an Agent or a Factory via the API.

  • The following 4 optional parameters are now supported:

    • agent

    • agent_code

    • factory

    • factory_code

Order Search Export

  • Field Name Updates:

    • In store is now In-Store.

    • Label is now Order Label.

    • Licensed Submission No. is now Licensed Sub No.

  • Colour Details:

    • Colour Code and Colour Description are now in separate columns.

  • Pricing Details: Pricing is split into separate columns for:

    • Buy Price and Buy Price Currency

    • Sell Price and Sell Price Currency

    • RRP Price and RRP Currency

    • Alt RRP Price and Alt RRP Currency

  • Date Format Update:

    • Dates in the Order Search export are now in (DD/MM/YYYY) format for:

      • ETA, ETD, Ex-Factory, In-Store, and Stopped.

Report - Supplier Order Schedule

Supplier Order Schedule Report

We’ve made some key updates to the Supplier Order Schedule report to enhance your experience:

  • Multi-select filters are applied to the following fields:

    • Department

    • Season

  • Display Orders with (Blank) fields:

    • Orders where Department or Season are blank will now be displayed in the report.

    • Orders with no Department will be grouped at the top of the report list under each Supplier.

  • Bulk Orders Display:

    • Style Number

    • Style Description

    • Buy Price will be displayed if only one price is available.

  • Report Export Updates:

    • The export now includes Total Units, Total Buy Value, and Currency.

Report - Order Supplier Value

Order Value by Supplier

  • Previously, the report only displayed results if an Order was set up with a Department.

  • If the Department field was blank, the report returned no Orders.

  • This issue has been resolved. The report will now include orders even if the Department field is blank.

Report Export Enhancement

  • The export will now display Total Units, Total Buy Value, and Currency.

Style Drawing Tool

  • We’ve resolved the issue where arrows and lines were displaying thinner than expected, even when selecting a larger stroke width. This issue was specific to images uploaded by an iPhone. W

  • Circles with heavy stroke widths were appearing too thin on screen. This has been fixed, and circles and any other shapes are now clearly visible.

  • The Type field has been removed from the Code column in all associated data within the Style Codes.

Bulk Order - Ticket Codes

  • We have resolved an issue where barcodes were not displaying correctly on generated ticket codes in Excel sheets.

Report - Milestone Order Export

We’ve identified that when exporting the Milestone Orders Report to Excel, the Composition field incorrectly includes the Collection field data.

  • This issue occurs only when using the export option Multiple colors per row.

  • This issue has been resolved.
