Sales Order Application Overview

Introducing the new Sales Order application!

Orders coming in from your B2B online store are managed in the Sales Order application.

From viewing and reviewing B2B customer orders, sharing files, and posting comments directly with your customers to efficiently creating Purchase Orders, Sales Order is designed to make the order processing workflow simple and productive, starting with your customer sales orders right through to production.

Navigate your Sales Order

Orders placed by your customers are listed in the Sales Order application and you can access these from the Search view.

Each Sales Order includes items ordered, colours, quantities by size, prices. Any files or comments added by your customer are available from the Sales Order. You can also reply to comments and share additional files back to your customer.

The Sales Orders are managed by using statuses. The status updates are sent to your B2B customer keeping them updated on each step in the process.

You have the option to create Purchase Orders directly from the Sales Orders.

The Sales Order search view allows for a customisable view of all your customer Sales Orders.

The Sales Order Report Summary report offers an overview of B2B online store orders.
