Drive - New File Share Email Template

We have made improvements to our Drive New File Share email. Here’s what’s new:

  • Subject: See the company name in the email subject line.

  • Staff: The email includes the name of the staff member who added the file.

  • Link: A direct link to the 3 Clicks Drive is included for Suppliers to review the file quickly.

We hope these updates enhance your experience and make file sharing even easier.

We have updated the design when uploading a profile picture for your profile and simplified the process.

  • Enhanced Design: The profile picture upload process is now smoother.

Style > eCommerce

We have updated the UI when adding an additional Sell Price currency to highlight the field. Perviously, it was difficult to tell if this was required or not.

  • Enhanced Design: Once the Sell Price + icon is clicked, the cell will be highlighted and the currency must be selected.

Search - Application's Bulk Edit

  • The bulk select pop-up icons were displayed in the different colours.

  • This issue is now resolved. The icons are updated to display in a consistent light grey colour.

Portal Fix

Notifications in Simplified Chinese

We have fixed the notification field that was not translated to Simplified Chinese.

  • Language Support: If you select Simplified Chinese as your preferred language, all notification fields will be translated accordingly.

Time

We noticed some emails were not including time correctly.

Update: We have reviewed all emails to ensure they correctly include the time.
