Share Claim with Supplier

When adding a new claim, there are four claim status to choose from:

1. DRAFT - claim is in progress of negotiation with supplier.

2. PENDING - claim that can be shared with the supplier/s to action on.

3. COMPLETED - full or partial value of claim has been recovered and processed from supplier.

4. CANCELLED - claim value was not recovered from supplier and therefore the claim has been cancelled.

For claims to be visible on the supplier portal, share it by:

• Updating the status to Pending

• Select supplier preference in pop up and click OK.
